Self Massage aka ...
acupressure/reflexology/shiatsu styles self massage is one of the most important skills for wellness a person can learn in a condition of confinement. If you cant move about much, at least ensure that your energy is circulating a bit.
In American culture we tend to have a very specific view of what 'exercise' means. However, some of these 'exercises' will be found to be energizing and healthful in a much different way than the gym even used to be. this is a series focused on a sequence of main areas of the body:
- kidneys massage (very invigorating and warming for the blood to not stagnate?)
- stomach massage (good for regularity, weight loss?)
- eyes (good for ppl with poor sight, eye fatigue, etc)
- hands (good for older people or those with hand/joint pain?)

michael reed gach wrote a book that i recommend for all healers called "Acupressures Potent Points" .. much recommended for any healing and wellness library. See two of his videos below:
Saul Goodman wrote a recommended book called The Book of Shiatsu. See two of his videos below:
Mildred Carter is another name to know for self massage types of wellness practices. She made a good book as well. it is called Body Reflexology.
